Happy New Year Friends! So, I have to know…Who is still holding strong with their New Year’s Resolutions?!
I have to say I am doing really well with mine – I usually crash and burn, but I’m holding strong so far! I have several resolutions this year and I’ll share them all later, but one that I am working on and wanted to share will all of you is my daily water intake! The standard amount that is suggested is to drink eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Y’all, that’s really not a lot, but when we get busy throughout the day sometimes we just forget.
Then, in walks a new app I recently discovered and I am honestly living by it everyday so I knew I had to share with all of you!
The App is called Daily Water – Drink Reminder
What I love about this app is you can set a schedule and reminders on your phone (and apple watch if you have one) and it will alert you when it’s time to drink another 8oz glass.
It will also track your history so you can see how you are doing each day and month.
